The requirement:       Merge 8 organisations with 4 different ERP systems into 1 organisation to ensure that new central government objectives plus requirements of all the organisations involved are met successfully.

The result:                   The Agresso solution ensured all changes in this huge project were managed in-house, on time, on budget and using only 3 people (not having to work full time on the project).
