Student Billing

- For student receivables, all session fees (tuition, course fees, room, board, etc.) can be billed to a single statement, simplifying the process for both students and administrators.
- Payment plans, late fees, fines like parking and library and other miscellaneous charges can easily be posted as they occur.
- Delinquent accounts can be automatically identified and personalized dunning letters automatically prepared.
Instructor Management
Agresso Education offers full integration with our HR and Payroll module to provide an efficient, common repository for all instructor information:
- Track competencies for instructors
- Enter timesheets online
- Provide staff and faculty bios (self-entered on the web and uploaded to the system)
- Instructor contracts administration- create flexible contracts (e.g. instructors can be paid based on number of students who have attended their classes)
- Automatically generate the contract to be signed (the entire contracting process is stored and tracked)
- Easily add new instructors and set-up their courses
