Tim Buric has been involved with Agresso for more than 5 years and manages our Customer Support Team, based in Sydney.
With more than 10 years experience in Technology delivery environments, Tim has held both operational and management roles ranging from Implementation Consulting, Training and Support Management.
His experience as both recipient and provider of support services provides him with a unique perspective which helps to differentiate the support services offered by Agresso.
As a manager of service delivery and with the support of his team, Tim is the customer's champion for AGRESSO Business World, ensuring that customer support issues and inquiries are resolved in an efficient and timely way - with a personal dimension.
"Walking in the shoes of my customers, I have always been amazed at the sometimes robotic response of support services provided by some large vendors. Knowing the value a personal approach delivers, I encourage my team to think outside the box when solving problems and involve the customer."
Working closely with the AGRESSO R&D Team on technical matters, Tim is passionate about broadening and improving our service offering and ultimately developing deep and enduring relationship with our Customers and their own teams working with Agresso.
