The key to the Assessment Engine is that you can create your own processes and define your own stages and monitoring points based on any data in the system.

Like most vendors, Agresso offers degree audit capabilities but we take the concept a giant step further.  Our Assessment Engine monitors satisfactory academic performance and keeps students on track to complete their programs.  But it can do much more. Virtually any process (e.g. recruitment) can be created and tracked by the Assessment Engine, which automatically moves the process through defined stages and provides alerts where necessary.  Below are some examples of how the Assessment Engine can be put to work in Recruitment and Student Billing:
